My name's Claire and I'm the founder of Lazy Flora. I'm so thrilled that you found your way to this modest little site, and so excited to share Lazy Flora's offering with you.

Lazy Flora has been a long time in the making and it feels amazing to finally be able to open the shop doors and share our products with real people. Since the start of 2017, I have been researching Lazy Flora and, with a team of highly-skilled experts, designing a service and set of products that we think you're going to love.

We're proud to relaunch Lazy Flora's website on the Shopify eCommerce platform, and are thrilled to be bringing you a unique and beautiful offering.

The concept of Lazy Flora came about as a result of my frustration with living in an urban area, yearning to be surrounded by beauty and nature, but feeling very removed from it. I found it a challenge to get any plants at all on my balcony, let alone create the urban oasis I had been dreaming of for years.

I realised that many of my friends were experiencing similar barriers to setting up their outdoor space. Some of their biggest challenges were:

• Not having the time
• Being too exhausted at weekends to face going to a garden centre
• Not knowing what plants to choose
• Having to transport heavy plants and containers on public transport.

I thought there must be a way to solve this problem for so many people, and the idea for Lazy Flora was born.

I've pulled together a team of amazing experts and suppliers to bring you what we hope you'll find is a really unique and innovative offering. 

I want Lazy Flora to be a one-stop-shop for absolute hassle-free gardening. Our initial offering is modest but chosen with the utmost care, and there are big plans to extend all the ranges you see on this website today.
