We're doing a big bit of tidying up behind the scenes
We're doing a big bit of tidying up behind the scenes on our website this week. We're moving our subscriptions technology over to a new platform.

This move will make it easier for our subscription customers to manage their subscriptions, will make upcoming orders more visible, and will enable us to email you ahead of time when a subscription is due to renew, among many, many other benefits.

It will also mean you'll get a new-look customer portal, so when you log into your account, it will look a bit different (I hope you'll agree it looks better and easier to navigate!).

Your username and password will remain unchanged, and any existing or paused subscriptions will remain exactly as they are.

Now with all things like this, we've done a lot of planning and preparation, but as I'm sure you have all experienced in life, sometimes things don't go quite according to plan.

We have a plan, and we have a backup plan too, but there's always a chance that things don't copy over exactly as they should from one platform to another and there might be a few bumps in the road as we make this transition. We'll be testing and retesting everything as thoroughly as we can just as soon as we go live, and we'll by on standby to weed out anything untoward, should it arise.

As always with things like this, we really appreciate your patience and understanding. If you do notice anything that doesn't look right, or that doesn't seem to be working as it should, please do let our customer service team know on help@lazyflora.com. They'll be on hand to liaise with the technology team and get any issues resolved.

Wishing you a very happy Monday, and sending sunny weather thoughts your way.

Claire.
