Cancelling your subscription

Indoor plant subscriptions We're sorry to hear you want to cancel your order, but we want to make this easy for you. Please email help@lazyflora.com to request a cancellation and we will process this for you. As long as your order hasn't already been shipped, we will cancel your order and any further orders.

Outdoor plant subscriptions  Please contact us if you would like to cancel your outdoor plant subscription at help@lazyflora.com. We can then advise you whether we can cancel your outdoor plant subscription straight away or if there are any outstanding payments to be made.

If you are on our pay as you go or pre-pay plan, we can cancel your subscription immediately, as long as your order hasn't been shipped and we will then cancel any further orders. 

If you have have one of our older monthly installment subscriptions you may still have outstanding payments to make. For those customers, cancellation for outdoor plant subscriptions is in three month intervals. Your plant collection is always delivered to you at the start of the 3-month interval, so you will receive a plant collection in months 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19, etc. Cancellation is therefore possible after the third payment relating to each delivery has been made in months 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, etc. If you let us know in advance of your intention to cancel, we can help you with that. We aren't interested in trapping anyone into a subscription they don't want, but we need to operate this way in order for our business to function. Combo plant subscriptions Cancellations for combo subscriptions take place in three month intervals. Your plant collection is always delivered to you at the start at of the 3-month interval, so you will receive an 8 plant box in the first month, an indoor plant in the second month and an indoor plant in the third month. Cancellation is therefore possible after the third payment has been taken (your third delivery of an indoor plant). If you let us know in advance of your intention to cancel, we can help you with that.
