Cancelling your subscription

Indoor, Outdoor and Edible plant subscriptions: We're sorry to hear you want to cancel your subscription, but we want to make this easy for you. Please email to request a cancellation and we will process this for you within 24 hours. You can also cancel your subscription through your account by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.

Combo plant subscriptions: Cancellations for combo subscriptions take place in three month intervals. Your outdoor plant collection is always delivered to you at the start at of the 3-month interval, so you will receive an 8 plant box in the first month, an indoor plant in the second month and an indoor plant in the third month. Cancellation is therefore possible after the third payment has been taken (your third delivery of an indoor plant). If you let us know in advance of your intention to cancel, we can help you with that. To cancel your subscription, please email and our friendly customer service team will be happy to help.
