Cancelling your subscription

Indoor plant subscriptions We're sorry to hear you want to cancel your order, but we want to make this easy for you. Please email help@lazyflora.com to request a cancellation and we will process this for you. As long as your order hasn't already been shipped, we will cancel your order and any further orders.

Outdoor plant subscriptions Cancellation for outdoor plant subscriptions is in three month intervals. Your plant collection is always delivered to you at the start of the 3-month interval, so you will receive a plant collection in months 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19, etc. Cancellation is therefore possible after the third payment relating to each delivery has been made in months 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, etc. If you let us know in advance of you intention to cancel, we can help you with that. We aren't interested in trapping anyone into a subscription they don't want, but we need to operate this way in order for our business to function.
