20 - 30cm Pinnatum Variegata Pothos Epipremnum 12cm Pot House Plant
Variegated Epipremnum Pinnatum, also known as the Variegated Scindapsus, is a popular houseplant with attractive green and white variegated foliage. Here are some tips for caring for this plant:
Light: The Variegated Epipremnum pinnatum prefers bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight as it can scorch the leaves.
Watering: Allow the top inch of soil to dry out before watering. Water the plant deeply but less frequently, and ensure that excess water drains out of the bottom of the pot. Overwatering can lead to root rot.
Humidity: The Variegated Epipremnum pinnatum prefers a humid environment. You can mist the leaves regularly, place a tray of water near the plant, or use a humidifier to increase the humidity levels around the plant.
Soil: Use a well-draining potting mix that is rich in organic matter. The soil should be slightly moist but not waterlogged.
Fertilizer: Feed the plant with a balanced fertilizer every 2-4 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer). Reduce the frequency of feeding during the fall and winter.
Pruning: You can prune the plant to shape it or to remove any dead or yellow leaves. The Variegated Epipremnum pinnatum can also be propagated from stem cuttings.
Temperature: The plant prefers warm temperatures between 65-85°F (18-29°C). Avoid exposing the plant to temperatures below 50°F (10°C) or to cold drafts.
With proper care, the Variegated Epipremnum pinnatum can grow up to 10 feet tall and is a great addition to any indoor garden.
