Echeveria Pearle von Nurnburg | 5cm | Houseplant

Echeveria

£4.99

If you're not familiar with the wonderful world of echeverias, they are super easy to love. They are low-maintenance and ideal for beginners and more experienced plant owners alike.

Pearle von Nurnberg is probably one of the most showy echeverias around. They need bright, indirect sunlight, and they thrive on periods of neglect and low water and nutrients - their care is practically foolproof. Echeveria prefer desert conditions so it is essential not to overwater them. Provide moderate amounts of water in very hot weather but make sure you let the soil dry out completely before you water again.

Comes in a 5cm nursery pot, ceramic pot not included.

Native habitat

Echeveria is native to semi-desert areas of Central America, Mexico and northwestern South America

Light and position in the home

Echeveria is happiest on a bright windowsill. An ideal location for it receives sunlight in the morning and late afternoon, but no direct sunlight in the early- and mid-afternoon when the sun's rays are the strongest; particularly during the summer

Watering

Like all succulents, echeveria prefers desert conditions so it is very important not to overwater it. Provide moderate amounts of water in hot weather but make sure you let the soil dry out completely before you water again.
