Scientific name: ficus microcarpa
Also known as: Chinese Banyan, Chinese Fig, Banyan Fig, Ginseng Ficus

Ficus Ginseng is a member of the fig family and is an easy to grow species of tree, commonly used for bonsai. This little tree will make a wonderful addition to your home and also a perfect gift for friends and family. They are easy to look after and this makes them a great choice for beginners, too.

These plants like a lot of bright, but indirect light. A bright spot in an east- or west-facing room would be ideal. Once you have found a good location for it, it's best to leave it there as they don't like to be moved around too much.

Comes in a black plastic planter.

This plant is toxic to cats and dogs.
