This lupin produces yellow pea-like flowers that grow on top of a tall flower spike that grows out of a bed of fanned green leaves. These plants will add a unique and striking feature to your garden. A favourite of traditional cottage gardens, the lupin would look great at the back of a bed or in a container.
How to grow lupins
Plant in full sun or dappled shade in moist, well-drained soil sheltered from strong winds. Water when the soil begins to dry and support with a stake or plant support whilst they are growing. Deadhead once flowers have faded to encourage new and continued growth and cut back to the ground in autumn.
