We currently deliver to all postcodes within mainland UK, including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. We are sorry to say that we’ve had to stop shipping to Ireland and the Republic of Ireland for the time being. We aren’t here to trap anyone into a subscription they don’t want, so we make cancelling a subscription super easy: to cancel your subscription any time, email help@lazyflora.com and the lovely team there will process it for you, no problem.

This is a wellbeing treat, not a lifelong commitment, for goodness sake!

Yes! You can skip or reschedule a delivery any time. Once you’ve placed an order, your online account page will show you an upcoming delivery schedule, which will let you skip deliveries if you’re not going to be around or don’t want a delivery that month, or change the date to a more convenient one.

You don’t have to know anything about plants or gardening to be able to plant up and maintain a Lazy Flora outdoor plant collection.

All our outdoor boxes are designed for the widest possible variety of conditions, and to thrive with minimal care. We’ll send you super simple step-by- step instructions on where and how to plant up your outdoor plant collection so that they look thrive and look gorgeous.

The only thing you’ll need to do is water your plants regularly, and help you with that too: we provide care information for all the plants we supply.

We make everything as hassle-free as possible, from setting up your initial subscription or order to delivering to you and supporting you with planting up and caring for your plant.

We also have a team of experts and a fantastic customer service team who will help you with any questions you may have help@lazyflora.com. From start to finish our aim is to make gardening and keeping plants as easy as possible – taking away the stress and worries that can come with gardening to make it a calming and fun experience for you.

The amount of water each plant needs varies depending on the time of year. Like humans, plants need a lot more water in summer than in winter.

For all plants we send to you, we make sure you know how much watering each plant needs and the ideal conditions needed in order for them to thrive.
