Peperomia Houseplants
Peperomia is a genus of tropical plants native to Central and South America. They are popular houseplants due to their attractive foliage and ease of care. Peperomia plants have small, thick leaves that can range in color from green to variegated shades of white, silver, and red. The leaves can be oval, heart-shaped, or even resemble watermelons or peperoni, depending on the species of plant.
Peperomia plants prefer bright, indirect light and should be watered when the top inch of soil is dry to the touch. They are relatively easy to care for, making them a great choice for beginners or those who do not have a lot of time to devote to plant care.
